Back to Bengaluru

A Day in the Life – 2

Now, we focus on nervous system harmony and daily rhythms daily.  As we returned from London, I had to prepare for a big transition.  I have started adjusting my daily rhythms.  Change in time and jetlag are challenges.  I am slowly getting back to my sleep schedule.

While many activities are the same, the timing is changed.  I have also started a new activity, watercolour painting.  I have resumed night Satsangi at 9pm.  I tried attending these Satsangi in London but the timing did not work.

My experiences this week show the structure of my typical day. Calming activities are integrated throughout my day.

Today, I went to my dance class.  I enjoyed going back to Ramana Maharshi Center for Learning (RMCL) and doing a class with Ujwal Anna.  Bengaluru traffic seems to be getting worse.  I don’t enjoy the commute to RMCL but I enjoy the class.

Slowly, I am settling into the new rhythms.  Since I have to prepare for my diploma exam, I have to settle in and start preparing!
