Program 101- Part 2

Chasing Longevity: importance of Metabolic health and nutrition with Shinjita Joshi Pant

Why should anyone join the program?

Why shouldn’t anyone join the program, we all have the innate desire to live longer for our kids. I feel it is my duty towards my family to stay healthy. If there is a diet which keeps you away from diseases, which gives you extended life-span, why not do it. We keep listening the term, “Living Pill-free & Pain-free”, so let’s make some action towards it. Information is everywhere, it gets confusing sometimes, and I have studied it for a year so know all the nuances, you can take advantage of my experience.

You should join for the knowledge, which helps you stay on the path. Knowledge is motivating to try new experiences.

The program has an important part called community. Making changes in our eating patterns can become lonely as we live in an Obesogenic environment.  We have to build our own eco-system.

How is it different from others ?

I’m living the program, as Naval Ravikant said in a book “To write a successful book, you have to be the book”. I practice what I preach, so know the struggles, the nuances, the joys of it. I feel, I am in a position to help others as I have myself gone through the ups&downs so totally understand the struggles of it.

Who all can join?

Anyone with 2 hands & legs can join the program.
Jokes apart, Anyone who is truly ready to make meaningful changes in their life should consider joining the program. I will be there every step of the way to guide you through all the ‘hows,’ explaining why each step matters and what actions need to be taken. However, it’s essential that you come with an open mind and a willingness to challenge and let go of any myths or misconceptions that may be holding you back. This program is about transformation, and breaking through old beliefs is key to making lasting progress.

This is an evidence-based, science-backed program designed to optimise your health and well-being. It not only helps you prevent diseases like NAFLD (Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease), elevated Uric Acid, and Type 2 Diabetes, but it also keeps you looking and feeling your best without spending hours in the gym. With this program, you’ll remain physically sharp and mentally agile, giving you the energy and focus to thrive in all areas of life. Personally, I wouldn’t trade anything for that.

All the information is available on YT etc, one can look it up. There are lots of studies also happening on low-carb diet and mental health. I would suggest everyone to start looking and reading about it.
