She is a certified special educator with a specialization in autism, Indrani has over two decades of experience in working with autistic individuals across ages and abilities.
Indrani mentors and trains families, special educators, school teachers, carries out training workshops and sensitization programs for parents and educators, in schools, for corporates and with civic bodies. She has played a key role in setting up autism specific services in various cities in India. She has also developed and authored resource material for parents and professionals in this sector. Indrani is also a parent to an adult autistic son.
